Blank Screen?
Do you load up Ignition and get a Blank Screen?
Ignition is designed to run in Private or Incognito mode, the mode in which your browser keeps all your information private and secure.
If this happens to you, try opening ignition is a Private or Incognito Browser window. Here are the instructions for each of the following browsers and operating systems:
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari

Google Chrome
Heads Up: Google calls their Private Browsing Mode “Incognito”
To open an Incognito Window in Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select New Incognito Window. You can also use the shortcut Shift + ⌘ + N (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + N (on Windows/Linux).

Microsoft Edge
Heads Up: Microsoft calls their Private Browsing Mode “InPrivate“
To open an InPrivate Window in Microsoft Edge, open the Edge Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select New InPrivate window. You can also use the shortcut Shift + CTRL + P.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Heads Up: Microsoft calls their Private Browsing Mode “InPrivate”
To open an InPrivate Window in Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on the Gear Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser, select Safety and then select InPrivate Browsing. You can also use the shortcut Shift + CTRL + P.

Mozilla Firefox
To open a Private Browser Window in Firefox, click on the Firefox Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser and select New Private Window. You can also use the shortcut Shift + ⌘ + P (on macOS) or Shift + CTRL + P (on Windows/Linux).

Note: macOS users can also create an Private Browsing Window in Firefox’s File Menu, like Apple’s Safari Browser.
