We are please to release our June 2021 build 1.4.7
Overview of New Features and Changes
- A new Media section is added in ignition web to display all uploaded customer images uploaded from web, apps or customer portal by technicians, staff or Customers.

- Introducing Routing and Magic Maps – #1 ROUTING engine. Set your routes for each technicians with a few clicks. Easily identify route optimizations and move visit one by one or in bulk with one click.

- Magic Maps – CUSTOMERS. See all your customers on a Map.

- Magic Maps – VISITS. See all your visits today color-coded by Visit Types

- Magic Maps – REAL TIME view. Track the Progress of your day’s work in Real-Time with technicians locations and Visits updated as they are performed

- Magic Maps – VISIT DETAILS. And of course, you can see all the details of each visit, updated in Real-Time.

- USERS – Colors can be assigned to users and users can be grouped.

- CUSTOMER PORTAL – Customer portal changes to add Post-It notes Customers can use to highlight directly important information for technicians (such as code numbers or instruction to close gates) and Report a Problem contact forms allowing image/media attachments.

– Search on Field Slips in Customers for all Product, Services, Statistics and Work Performed fields
– You can now zoom in on images in the App
– Saved passwords are shown at login or used if FaceID or TouchID is enabled by user to facilitate login
– Added Work Performed to Service History. Search can be used to look up text in full Visit Reports.

– Customer Notes added in Customer profile/Visits/Field slips

– Search on Field Slips in Customers for all Product, Services, Statistics and Work Performed fields
