Need to reset a Customer’s Customer Portal Password?
Do you need to reset the password for a Customer?
Sometimes it’s easier to reset manually the password for a Customer rather than asking them to look everywhere for an email which could be buried in Spam.
Here are the steps
Go to the Customer's Profile
Open up the Customer Profile from the Customers section

Reset and Manually create their Password
Customers can always change their password from the one you set once their login.
