Are you seeing the name of the Customer show up twice in the Address box? Like this:
This is usually because you have the name of the Customer in the Address field in the Customer Profile.
Navigate to the Customer’s Profile in the Customers section.
Conveniently we have added a X button on the first two lines of each address. This will delete the first line of the Address and move up
This can happen in some case when Customers have been originally synched in from a QuickBooks Desktop company file. QuickBooks does not allow synching of Addresses by themselves, but only synchs in full Mailing Labels which include both Name and Address.
